What we have created


Vacuum Forming UK, PVC blisters,

PVC Blisters

Bespoke clear die cut PVC blisters. These are cut with a sealing area all around so that they can be sealed onto a printed blister card for security. Printed blister cards can also be supplied – see sub heading under Print Finishing. * Material thickness 250micron up to 625 micron.

PVC Clampacks

Bespoke clear die cut clampacks. These are a self-locking pack that can have a printed insert encased. Printed insert cards can also be supplied – see sub heading under Print Finishing. * Material thickness 250micron up to 625 micron.

PVC Sheets

Generally in clear but can be supplied in colour. Blisters can be supplied in sheet form to make packing quicker and easier if using high frequency welding machinery, for example. * Material thickness 250micron up to 625 micron.

PVC Fitments & Trays

Bespoke clear die cut fitments or trays. These are fitments that would hold the product secure in an outer box. They can also be produced to go straight on the shelf where products can be pre-packed and ready for display in store. * Material thickness 250micron up to 625 micron.

HIPS Fitments & Trays

Bespoke die cut fitments or trays. As PVC fitments & trays but these can be produced in a number of standard colours or a bespoke Pantone reference of your choice. * Material thickness 250micron up to 1200 micron.

Vacuum Forming UK, HIPS POS Display,

HIPS POS Display

Bespoke displays can be produced using material up to 5mm thick. These can be produced in a number of standard colours or to a bespoke Pantone reference of your choice. Other finishes are available – please enquire. Bespoke displays can range from a simple shelf tray to a complete wall fixed or freestanding module. Printed components for the display can also be supplied.
